Master Fred Vaselenak died December 13, 2003.  Master Fred and his slave michel founded MAsT in San Francisco in 1988 as a support and discussion organization for gay men in Master/slave relationships.

After slave michel's death many years ago Master Fred turn the ownership and operation of MAsT over to Master Bob Fifield and slave joe.

All the members and friends of MAsT owe a great debt of gratitude to Master Fred and slave michel for their vision and effort to begin the organization we have today.  MAsT has changed much over the years from what it began as in 1988, but their foundation provided the spring board from which we have developed and are still developing.

May Master Fred and slave michel rest in peace
and may light eternal shine upon them.
