PatchesPatches are offered in two sizes one suitable for the front lapel pocket of a shirt, vest or jacket and one that is for the rear of your garment. Both of the patches are high quality 100% embroidered patches that are durable and identify you as one of a unique group of people. The larger of the patches is 10 inches across and the smaller of the patches is 3 inches across. | |

RockersWe make rockers in support of those who want to further identify with a particular chapter by displaying with pride the chapter name they are a member of. This identification is available in 2 sizes one which fits underneath the larger MAsT patch and one which fits under the smaller patch. In addition, rockers can also be made to indicate your title within your chapters organization or be made to indicate the years of your involvement. These rockers must be separate from those of the chapter name and are only available as undercarriage identity. Appropriate types by example might be "President", "Member", "Founder", and the addition of a date range as an option ie: "Member 1990-98". We reserve the right to disallow and inappropriate titles, in the protection of the MAsT Brand. Any chapter name must be the official name of the chapter as contained in the MAsT Organization database. The only acceptable typeface and or color is that may be used in the production of any rocker will be that which is authorized by the MAsT Brand Identification Manual. | |

MAsT Store FAQContact us at the Store Email: store@mast.net Shipping detailsAll shipping will be made to the address associated with that which is provided upon the order as received from PayPal so PLEASE make sure to confirm the address on your PayPal is your current address as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages going to incorrect or out of date addresses. At the very least you package will be delayed, possibly even permanently lost. Shipping CarrierWe use USPS whenever possible and generally ship your package either 1st class mall or flat rate mail depending on size and weight. Please note: there may be additional freight for overseas or heavier orders. Order CommunicationsWhile we are an entirely volunteer organization we take seriously or responsibility to you and your purchase. We try to answer every contact within one day and generally ship all in stock product within the same day that you order it. We will send you a confirmation of your order within 24 hours of its receipt and this confirmation is not some computer-generated mail stuffer but form the person who is handling your order. We will let you know in the confirmation that we got your order, and an expected shipping time frame. If we cannot meet those time frames, we will let you know of any delay by a separate email. When your package is shipped, we will send you a notice that it was shipped unless it was shipped at the time of the original confirmation letter in which case the confirmation letter will say so. We will follow up with you about a week after we have shipped you package to make sure you have gotten you product and that you are satisfied. We would ask that you respond to this letter so we can make sure we have come full circle on your order. We would also ask that you fill out the survey form we will include so we can learn about your experience with the MAsT Store in order to make improvement for the future.
